Good and user friendly website.

I used Keysafe Tenant Vetting Limited to provide my details as a guarantor. It was very quick and easy. I got stuck briefly at the Open Banking page, which I completed but the checklist still said I needed to complete the step. After clicking to complete the step again, I realised it was the same process I had just been through. I used the back button and the process was showing as complete. The letting agency never let me know the outcome, but did tell the prospective tenant. That has not affected this review, as it seems common practice.

Very simple ,easy to use and quick response

I was very skeptical when they said they would need my banking details to login so they might want to re-word that bit, but otherwise, the whole process was nice and easy - just take a picture of your passport, confirm some details, login to your online banking and allow them read access to your current account and you're done. The only thing I do wonder about is that they do now have read access to my current account - is it up to me to withdraw that access now? There is no follow up except for a review request. I also don't know if I passed all the credit checks etc as that information is provided to the letting agency not the tenant, so although the process is easy and simple you are still left wondering.

It's ok for someone who knows computers, but not everyone uses them

Quick response . Struggled taking photos on my phone

I recently applied to rent a property and the referencing process was very lengthy and I must have spent about 4 hours a night for several nights completing paperwork tasks. The Keysafe application was a lot quicker. It stated it would take 4 minutes. However, it took longer than that for me because the Passport photo would not work on my phone and it kept aborting. So in the end I gave up with it and moved on. Also, I think there was something missing because I work two jobs, morning and evening, but the Keysafe application didn't ask me about a second employer. Otherwise overall it was very quick.
