Whilst selling or buying a house always seems like a headache the team at Christopher Russel took me through it and metaphorically held my hand throughout the process. Russel came round and valued the property which was simple, within putting it on the market it sold relatively quickly, we did have some issue with the buyers but nothing that could have been foreseen. Anytime i had a question they where there to answer the phone and respond to emails quickly. fantastic service and whilst i don't intend on moving again for another 30 years they will be the people to sell it for me without a doubt. hats of to Joe, Trudy and Russel. thank you.

This is the second time I have used Christopher Russel and both times they were 1st class. Right from the start Russel came and valued my home and with his wealth of local knowledge got the price bang on and gave me a very good price for there charges far less than any competitor in the area. We sold within a few days and all the staff were great in keeping me updated throughout the sale process.
