Namely, Chris Langley (Partner) was of big help to us, ensuring we secured the property for the right price and when our purchase was delayed due to issues in the chain, Chris kept us well informed and was on call to address the issue. Lastly, on the day the family went in to pick up the keys, we received a warm greeting from Russell Gibbs (Partner) who sent us on our way with our keys and nices words. Christopher Russell have been great. They are a leading expert in Sidcup, which is why we used them. I also felt like they had a personal touch that no other local estate agent could beat. The star employee is Steven Sanford. Not only is he is thoroughly nice chap but he was so attentive! Our property sold quickly and when we offered on a property (being sold with another agent) he helped with the negotiations. When the sellers took the property off of the market, he then worked hard to find a suitable property for us which matched our specific needs. I have absolutely not hesitations in recommending CR and in particular Steven to sell your property. They are a class act!
