I would 100% recommend Christopher Russell, this is now our second sale with them. We have just sold a flat, that was a very difficult sale from start to finish! Ceinwen and Steve were exceptional throughout, always answered the phones and chased the other side continuously to get things moving, Nothing was ever too much. They have the patience of a saint! Christopher Russell have been great. They are a leading expert in Sidcup, which is why we used them. I also felt like they had a personal touch that no other local estate agent could beat. The star employee is Steven Sanford. Not only is he is thoroughly nice chap but he was so attentive! Our property sold quickly and when we offered on a property (being sold with another agent) he helped with the negotiations. When the sellers took the property off of the market, he then worked hard to find a suitable property for us which matched our specific needs. I have absolutely not hesitations in recommending CR and in particular Steven to sell your property. They are a class act!
