He truly went above and beyond, even sharing helpful recommendations beyond the property itself (including great local vets, which we really appreciated as future dog owners!). At the viewing he was very knowledgeable of the house, flagged aspects that were important to a buyer and was very professional to deal with. Was accommodating to organise further viewings.
