Christopher Russell

It's been a pleasure dealing with Jay and the rest of the Christopher Russell team on the purchase of our new home. Jay has been on hand throughout, keeping us up to date on progress and even offering advice on the sale of our current property, helping us get that through, too. After our first viewing with Jay, it was clear he was well prepared, providing valuable insight into the local area and how the property could be adapted to suit our future requirements. I would happily recommend the Christopher Russell team for any sale or purchase needs.

Donald Ross have been very professional from the beginning . I have not experienced any problems whatsoever. They are easy to talk with and very helpful. …

We were supported mainly by Fraser and Naomi. We received ONE HUNDRED PERCENT professional friendly communication, support and advice through our selling process from beginning to end. We felt we were in the safest hands throughout. Highly recommended in every way. We will not hesitate to use Donald Ross again in the future.

Jay Johnson had taken the time to call me for feedback on a property viewing, and having listened he suggested he had a property that exactly matched. At the viewing he was very knowledgeable of the house, flagged aspects that were important to a buyer and was very professional to deal with. Was accommodating to organise further viewings. Overall he has been a pleasure to deal with and really appreciate the great service, and importantly helping us to find our forever home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jay from Christopher Russell Property Services during our house search, and I felt it was important to share just how outstanding he was. After months of searching and dealing with many different estate agents, Jay was by far the most impressive. He is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistently provided exceptional service throughout. What really set Jay apart was his genuine approach, he took the time to understand us as buyers, our needs, and what we were really looking for. He was always flexible and accommodating, and came to every viewing fully prepared with detailed knowledge about the property. If there were any potential concerns, he didn’t shy away from them, instead, he proactively offered practical solutions, whether that was advice around insurance or other considerations. He truly went above and beyond, even sharing helpful recommendations beyond the property itself (including great local vets, which we really appreciated as future dog owners!). Jay brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a level of care that is rare to find. Christopher Russell should be incredibly proud to have him on their team, he is a real asset and absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you again, Jay! it was a pleasure working with you.

We are mid process in the sale of our property but Christopher Russell have been very professional and helpful from the start. Our initial visit from Russell was most informative and engaging. Since appointing Christopher Russell, Jay and the team have kept us fully in the loop and we are confident they will continue to do so until completion.

We used Christopher Russell to sell our flat. It always seemed to be unusually busy in there compared to other agencies. Lots of agents working hard to sell properties. We had four offers within three weeks or so and sold it for the price Russell thought it would sell for. Highly recommend this agency if you want a good and effective service. They worked well with our solicitors Cain Associates in Bexleyheath and it went through very smoothly. Thank you.

A great Estate Agents, kept us informed through the whole process of buying our next home. Thank you!!

I recently had a viewing with Rob and Elle. Elle was very knowledgeable about the area and the property. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly.

We had a great, hassle-free experience with Karolina and the team at Christopher Russell. The selling process was efficiently done from the excellent photos to arranging viewings. Our house sold so quickly, and the progression from sale to exchange was, on the whole, seamless and the communication with our solicitors to helped greatly to move things along. I highly recommend Christopher Russell.
