Christopher Russell has been an exemplary Estate Agent that have really proved not all EAs are out for money (like the big chains). These guys have been absolutely fantastic - we offered on a house already listed with them and had planned to use another agent for ours, but as part of the offer negotiation we were convinced to also list with them, Russell himself came to our house for the evaluation, chatted to me as a person, talked me through his team, gave honest feedback and talked strategy to market the property, what a wonderful experience. When offering on our onward property I was communicating with Steph, and I thought if this is what she's like selling a property I absolutely want her on our side for selling ours, she's absolutely fantastic, and post sale we've been communicating with Joe, who's very on top of things, great communicator. I don't plan to move again for a very long time, but I'd recommend these to anyone and everyone.
