I am currently in the process of selling through this agent and to date I have found them extremely helpful, informative and, when I lost an initial buyer, extremely pro-active in arranging further viewings and securing another sale. I have found all of the staff to be helpful and informative. They have actively been in touch at all stages and are very quick to return calls if they haven't been available,. I met with a few agents before selling and found that this agent were straight talking and also had very good knowledge of the area/properpty types.

Sadly did not have the best experience due to staff leaving and not always being informed, which was apologised at the end. However very lucky as Lara Buckler took over my case and I am so thankful she did I would have honestly pulled out. If I could give 5* to Lara only I would.100% recommend.
