I appointed Ripon and Shaz of Ewemove to sell my apartment in Sheffield. I live in Mauritius and was unable to travel to the UK These guys took care of everything and went well and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sales process went smoothly. Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

Highly recommend choosing Michael Poole when it comes to selling your home. Jack Symon took the time to come round and talk me through the whole process and was able to take all of the stress away.
