Abby was amazing from start to finish, as first time buyers we didn't know where to start! She kept us up to date with all new properties that were coming on the market! and was always available on the other end of the phone to deal with any silly questions we had! Whole process was dealt with quickly and smoothly and we completed in just under 7 weeks!

We used Steve Nobbs from Christopher Russell to sell as he was recommended to us by friends. We live in New Zealand and sold our house in Sidcup and thought this would pose many problems. Christopher Russell and in particular, Steve, proved us so very wrong! We achieved more than expected for our house and in our eyes, the agent went "beyond the call of duty" to make sure the sale went through as seamlessly as possible. They liaised with us and although our morning was their night and vice versa, we were kept up to date with the progress of our sale. He is extremely professional and has been able to answer all of our questions due to his extensive knowledge of the properties we have viewed with him. Joe is enthusiastic and brilliant at his job! Both Joe and Abby notified us as soon as a property that matched our criteria came onto the market, unlike other estate agents in the area who failed to notify us despite suitable properties becoming available. We used Christopher Russell to buy and sell in June last year. Any moving experience is stressful and this one particularly so as we needed to complete within two months from the chain being completed. The initial valuation was spot on and we received the asking price, the open days were handled professionally, by the manager Steve and had no reservations about leaving the staff in our home to show potential buyers round. We received detailed feedback on every viewing and through their negotiations with the potential buyers received the asking price. The staff there, especially Abby, were constantly keeping us informed of potential properties to view and even persuaded us to view houses that we first felt weren't suitable.. Even though the progression of the sale had to happen quickly Trudie kept us informed of the progress and worked tirelessly to get to complete in time. Having moved several times we found this agent to be professional throughout and would not hesitate in recommending them.
