Friendly and efficient service
We had to sell my deceased brothers house, which was in need of much refurbishment. After a few weeks, Christopher Russell found the right buyers for us, and the sale went through easily.

Good service
We have recently exchanged contracts on a house and Christopher Russell provided good customer service through what was a vey stressful time for us. We had a few problems along the way with our mortgage provider but Christopher Russell were very understanding and kept us fully updated with any updates from their end. We mainly dealt with Trudie who was extremely helpful and was always willing to assist with any queries we had.

Great Customer Service
Appreciate the help and assistance provided by Hannah Glazebrook from Sidcup branch. Hannah guided us through the process by providing timely updates and always keeping us in loop in making sure we are aware of what's going on. Our offer has been accepted now and proceeding with rest of the process. Very thankful for the service/support.

Very helpful throughout whole sale
The estate agents were very helpful with helping the process of the sale run as smoothly as possible, arranging plenty of viewings at times that suited us and making sure any chasing about was done as quickly as possible.
