Excellent service from start to finish
We would definitely recommend Christopher Russell to any other prospective buyer or seller. Every employee we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgable and they were always easily contactable via phone or email whenever necessary. We felt they kept us informed of important developements and offered reassurance and advice when required. Good value from selling perspective too.

Best Sidcup Agent
After three poor viewings, I came across Hannah from Christopher Russell. I found her to be informative, very professional and honest. She was prompt, very well educated in the area, giving great advise about local schools and amenities. What impressed me most, was the fact that there was no hard sell and I felt the advise I was given was practical, informative and has genuinely aided me in my choice of areas to live.

Friendly, helpful and supportive service for First Time Buyers
We are currently in the process of buying our first house with Christopher Russell (Sidcup Branch) and so far I am very impressed with the level of service we have received. Our agent Joe in particular has been very friendly and always makes himself available when we need to contact them. Hopefully if these high standards are continued they'll have played a huge part in helping us get on the increasingly-difficult 'property ladder'. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Sale of Property
We could not have been more satisfied with the efforts of this Company. Buying and Selling can be very traumatic and we are at an age when things take their toll Hannah and Abbey helped trying to find us another home. Trudie and Joe were especially helpful going through the process of selling our house and if, for any reason, they were not available, the rest of the staff made sure that they took details and passed then on as quickly as possible so that our calls could be returned and our minds put at rest. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying so they made things simple for us to understand but more importantly put things into perspective They contacted other Agents and Solicitors in respect of our purchase to give us the very latest position so we were never in any doubt at what stage we were at. Can't thank them enough for their efforts, they made it so manageable

Buying from Christopher Russell's
We bought our house through this agent. They were always available, polite and efficient at all stages of the purchase. Guidance was given when required and they were helpful when asked to view the property a second time just before exchange of contracts. I recommend Christopher Russell to anybody wishing to sell or buy a property.

Efficient and helpful
The staff are efficient and helpful, and unlike some estate agents I have used, they were proactive in keeping me informed of progress on both properties we were selling. They actually did what they said they would, when they said they would, and found time to be friendly too. The fees were also more competitive than some other estate agents from whom we received quotes. I recommend them without reservation.
