I am currently in the process of selling through this agent and to date I have found them extremely helpful, informative and, when I lost an initial buyer, extremely pro-active in arranging further viewings and securing another sale. I have found all of the staff to be helpful and informative. They have actively been in touch at all stages and are very quick to return calls if they haven't been available,. I met with a few agents before selling and found that this agent were straight talking and also had very good knowledge of the area/properpty types.

We have dealt with 'Hannah' she showed us around many properties, and was very good. It was a pleasure that we found a property to buy through this agent after Hannah being so helpful.

Sadly did not have the best experience due to staff leaving and not always being informed, which was apologised at the end. However very lucky as Lara Buckler took over my case and I am so thankful she did I would have honestly pulled out. If I could give 5* to Lara only I would.100% recommend. We have just recently sold & purchased with Christopher Russell . We had a good experience. The teamwere helpful and communication was also very good . We have also had to temporarily rent a property due to building works on our new purchase and when our rental fell through , Christopher Russell quickly found us another place . Which has all worked out perfectly We would definitely recommend using them for your next house move .

End result was achieved but service was so so

We had an open house for our property and were advised to use a wide price range which I wasn't 100% comfortable with but agreed as they are deemed to be the experts. We ended up getting less for the property than I would have liked. The person who came to do the open day had clearly done zero preparation for the process which I was disappointed with as I was looking to him to be the figure head for the sale. Most of my interactions with the various estate agents there were underwhelming. There was a lot of your standard answers when the truth was they could not answer my questions. The real bonus though was once the sale started to go through and Trudie Hepple got involved. She was very much on the ball and got the whole process progressing very quickly - I was extremely grateful for her help. My personal opinion is if you have a property that needs genuine investment from the estate agent it might be worth trying someone else. If your property will easily sell and you want someone competent dealing with the sale, if you can get Trudie on board then that will significantly help.
