Louis looked after our sale and kept us up to date with the interest our house was getting, progress with bookings, and potential buyers. In 6 weeks we had sold our home and was looking for our next home. Whilst we were viewing houses Jo kept in contact regularly to understand our position better so she could update our buyers, I think this is so important, I had full confidence that Jo was on top of everything, was listening to us and therefore able to set realistic timeframes for our buyers so they wasn’t forgotten about and left in the lurch, this must have made their buying experience much nicer. If only we had this with our purchase but unfortunately that was through a different estate agents. I must say the whole experience of buying and/or selling a house can be stressful but Jo and the team make life so much easier. Excellent service from start to finish. Matt was super quick getting the property on the market to give us a chance in selling so we had a chance at a property we fell in love with. Property sold to first person that saw it. Marketing and video was great. Jo has been excellent in helping us with the minefield of conveyancing, without her input to push it over the line I am not sure we would have got there. Now exchanged and looking forward to moving.
