Good salemanship to start. Not pushy and very informative. Handled house sale very well and all the follow up calls from them that I required. Kept uptodate with the progress (which I found to be one of the best from estate agents so far). Rang to advise of property just coming on the market that I may be interested in (mainly because it was in the area I wanted) even though the property itself was the exact opposite of what I was originally looking for.
