Christopher Russell

★★★★★ Highly Recommend Karolina! We honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Karolina while looking for our dream home. Having dealt with several estate agents during our search, we really noticed the difference with Karolina. From the beginning, she took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for. She never wasted our time showing us properties that didn’t meet our criteria or tried to convince us to consider something that clearly wasn’t right for us, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was her communication and commitment. She was always easy to get hold of, kept us updated and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right home. Nothing ever felt forced or pushy, and we never felt like we were just another sale. After some frustrating experiences with other agents, she was such a breath of fresh air. She made the whole experience feel much more personal, and we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about the people they’re helping.

Bought a house through Christopher Russell, and cannot fault them for how amazing they have been throughout. My personal thanks go to Russell Gibbs for getting a complex purchase back on track, and Ceinwen Tame who is the most lovely, dedicated, persistent, professional, friendly and efficient sales progressor you could ever ask for. Ceinwen really went above and beyond for both us and for their clients, and we wouldn't have made it without her efforts. I absolutely cannot fault them and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house in South East London. The whole team are in a different league, in the best kind of way.

We have just sold our house through Christopher Russell, Sidcup. Throughout the entire process Christopher Russell were literally fantastic. Some estate agents can have poor reputations but I have to say that they have been brilliant. Special recognition must go to Russell, Karolina, Jay, Joe & Ceinwen who dealt with our sale from beginning to end. They were all extremely professional, very approachable, very efficient & timely with their communication & above all just easy to get along with. I can’t praise this company & their staff enough. Thank you so much for your hard work, dedication & not to mention patience & understanding with our enquiries & concerns. Our sale went smoothly & anyone in Sidcup & surrounding areas should seriously consider using them. A 5 Star service. Thank you again.

I cannot recommend Christopher Russell highly enough. From the sales team who helped me find my property, of which I viewed a lot to Joe who supported me throughout the buying process. I felt supported and updated at all times which is fantastic as it can be a very stressful process. If you are looking for an Estate Agent, then I would recommend Christopher Russell again and again. Everyone has been great, but I do really want to share my gratitude to Joe in particular. If I could give more than 5* I would!!

From start to finish the service I have received from Michael Poole in Guisborough has been exceptional. From marketing my property through to its sale in no time at all, was kept updated frequently on the progress of the sale and carried out all necessary checks etc. Great service thanks.
