Definitely worth 5 stars instantly! Dayna Stephens has been a massive help from the start and every question that we have had has been answered almost instantly. The customer service received has been exceptional and all of us feel at ease when asking questions or requesting advise. Dayna is really down to earth and very easy to talk to on the phone. She has kept in regular contact and has maintained a really good customer relationship. To be honest I'm really surprised at the speed of the application and how stress free it has been. Very well done and a massive thank you to Dayna!!👍

In general I've had a really good experience renting with Belvoir - they were proactive, friendly and very informative while I was applying for the property and have continued to provide good and responsive support since. When my landlord decided to sell the property there were some mistakes made in the notification process which caused me some distress, but they acted quickly to make things right after that and in particular Sarah Powell and Dawn Johnson have been really supportive, with Dawn kindly advocating for me during the deposit return. All round, would definitely recommend.

Nothing but positive experiences, if we had an issue, it was resolved quickly. Tremendously helpful with a ton of lovely people, Roxanna and Francesca receiving their individual shout-outs! Definitely would recommend their services, especially in Sheffield as it felt very local.

Georgina and Francesca managed to secure plenty of appointments, although due to last minute cancellations these didn’t bear fruit for some weeks. By mutual agreement the advertising was improved and finally it all came together. Communication was often patchy but Francesca and Georgina are always very helpful and friendly. Belvoir have always supplied me with great tenants and I would be happy to continue with their services.

I’ve just left a property that I was renting through Belvoir and I’ve had nothing but good experiences whenever I’ve needed their assistance. I mainly dealt with Georgina who was always quick to respond and arrange contractors if any work needed doing. Georgina and all her colleagues are really friendly and professional and I would happily recommend them as a letting agent. Positive experience all round :)
