I do not have a bad word to say about either Michaela, or Nicola. Michaela was super helpful and efficient in helping us find a new flat, especially during such a tough time in the lockdown, we had managed to find and apply for the flat within 3 days. She is a credit to her job. Nicola has been super at answering all of our questions and ensuring we are ready to move in time. Cannot fault her.

Definitely worth 5 stars instantly! Dayna Stephens has been a massive help from the start and every question that we have had has been answered almost instantly. The customer service received has been exceptional and all of us feel at ease when asking questions or requesting advise. Dayna is really down to earth and very easy to talk to on the phone. She has kept in regular contact and has maintained a really good customer relationship. To be honest I'm really surprised at the speed of the application and how stress free it has been. In general I've had a really good experience renting with Belvoir - they were proactive, friendly and very informative while I was applying for the property and have continued to provide good and responsive support since. When my landlord decided to sell the property there were some mistakes made in the notification process which caused me some distress, but they acted quickly to make things right after that and in particular Sarah Powell and Dawn Johnson have been really supportive, with Dawn kindly advocating for me during the deposit return. All round, would definitely recommend.
