Best Letting Agents Ever. I have dealt with Belvoir for more than 6 months now. after having experience with multiple letting agents in the UK and in Sheffield in particular, I can say they are the most professional so far. The ladies in the office (Francesca and Roxanna) whom I have mainly had contact with are extremely nice, professional and always there when we ever needed them for any property related issues. I highly recommend them if you wanted peace of mind and a property you can call "home".

Needed a quick turnaround in order to secure a house I wanted to buy - they got my brochure ready (and looking amazing) in 3 days. Sold my house within 2 weeks for 5% over asking price. Belvoir were incredibly professional, reasonably priced and did a great job, right up to the last second. Really couldn’t recommend them enough.

Chloe at the Sheffield branch dealt with me from start to finish and it was the most pleasant experience ever, her humour and informative communication were second to none which made the process as stress free as possible. At points I dealt with a few other members of the team and they were all equally as professional and courteous to me, no problems at all -10/10

I had a very good experience over all of Belvoir Lettings. Francesca gave good advice about marketing the property and was excellent on the communication front. I found a very good Tenant with her help and she followed things up as the Tenants were about to move in. Some of the paperwork didn't come through as quickly as it might have. However, the fees were competitive and the overall level of service was excellent.

The staff at Belvoir are very good and responsive. Harriet was very helpful during a recent tenancy transfer. Overall Belvoir is very professional and compliant with all legal standards but costs, e.g. those associated with transfers, can mount up.
