I have just been informed 5 days before the planned move in date to Anchor Point , Sheffield that the property I paid a deposit for is no longer available. What is the point in having a deposit if it does not secure the property?! With less than a week until I need to move out my current flat, I have been left stranded with no help from Belvoir. Just a half-hearted apology and a bunch of broken promises. They have lied to me and strung me along for over a month, all because they promised something they could not give. I hope you are ashamed of yourselves Belvoir.
Absolutely zero help and poor customer service. My partner and I contacted Belvoir at least 6 times to try and arrange a viewing for a flat we loved the look of. Each time (that we managed to get through), we were told that someone would be in touch to arrange a viewing soon. After nearly 2 weeks of chasing, we've now been told that the property (which had roughly 4 available apartments 3 weeks ago) is no longer available. Waste of time.
