Dayna provided a fantastic service in assisting me with the process of renting a property via Belvoir. During a period in which I have been in contact with lots of Sheffield letting agents in search of a property to rent, Dayna’s service really stood out. She was incredibly friendly on the phone always taking the time to ask how I was which I felt was genuine, she was quick to respond to my emails and voicemail messages and always made me feel that she remembered who I was (compared to other Sheffield letting agents to whom I had to explain my situation every time I spoke with them). She made the process of securing a property to rent easy and stress-free, meaning I would likely use Belvoir in the future over other Sheffield letting agents.

I can't praise enough the team in Belvour. They have been fair, honest and proffesional from the beginning. The friendly approach and respect towards my pricing wishes (even if it intilaly didn't coincide with the surrounding market) was the deciding factor to go with them. Their communication is exceptional, giving me weekly reports, texts, and phone calls throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed they also supported me in sorting out the minor issues the buyer had concerns with in a fair manner torwards not only me but also the buyer.
