At point of enquiry (through online search engines), Belvoir was not very responsive and my enquiry was not taken into account until I called them back 3 weeks from my initial enquiry. I have just sold my place with 5 days using Belvoir. Jab Bains was a great help informing me on market conditions and pricing the property spot on. The Belvoir team held the sale together and got it across the line despite the inept vendors solicitor!!! Nearly walked away several times, I hope the vendor knows what a great job Jab and Carly team did for him! Dayna also was great in showing is rental options if the purchase fell through.
