At point of enquiry (through online search engines), Belvoir was not very responsive and my enquiry was not taken into account until I called them back 3 weeks from my initial enquiry. I have just sold my place with 5 days using Belvoir. Jab Bains was a great help informing me on market conditions and pricing the property spot on. He was in touch with me constantly updating me on the situation, even texting me in the evening to ensure I had received all the information I needed and I have to say it is a pleasure dealing with him.
