I was looking for a property in Sheffield but couldn't attend in-person viewing so had to do everything remotely. I initially sent some enquiries and spoke with Dayna who has been really helpful and quick to reply - she was happy to go to the property, take a video tour and answer all questions. Carly has then sorted out the referencing quickly as well, which was free - a nice change to see from the rip-off that Martin n Co have been doing and charging £150 for this (Also takes them 6 weeks?! I've seen Ministry of Defence do quicker background checks).
