We have known Belvoir for many years as they were our letting agents, managing our house for us whilst we lived abroad. When we finally decided that we should sell, it was quite natural that we asked Belvoir to advise how they can support. After a brief conversation with Jab Bains from Belvoir, we had little doubt that we would also use Belvoir for the house sale too. Our experience with them provided proof that we chose correctly in selecting Belvoir in our house sale. We were kept fully informed during the process and knew precisely what to expect.

Rental

Myself and my partner viewed a property and decided to go ahead with the rental process. We're mid way into the process now and so far it's gone amazingly smooth. Any contact be that via the phone or email has been met with excellent customer service, informative guidance and staff member Dayna even went above and beyond to make enquires with the landlady on our behalf. Michaela Myers was an absolute pleasure to liaise with when it come to finding me a property especially in the current covid situation. She went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way until the final steps. I was looking for a property in Sheffield but couldn't attend in-person viewing so had to do everything remotely. I initially sent some enquiries and spoke with Dayna who has been really helpful and quick to reply - she was happy to go to the property, take a video tour and answer all questions. Carly has then sorted out the referencing quickly as well, which was free - a nice change to see from the rip-off that Martin n Co have been doing and charging £150 for this (Also takes them 6 weeks?! I've seen Ministry of Defence do quicker background checks). Belvoir overall was amazing. From the viewings with Jab to the correspondence with Carly, my experience with them has been brilliant. I asked to view the house I purchased 2x after the offer was accepted and Jab kindly accommodated me at short notice. Carly kept me informed with her emails about the progress of the purchase, and I am really pleased that I bought my first house through this company.
