Belvoir! Amazing from start

Belvoir! Amazing from start to finish! I rented property in Sheffield. Thanks to the pandemic I wasn't able to view the property in person. Belvoir! immediately sent me a pre-recorded video and set up a virtual viewing with one of their agents as well. Dayna, the Sales agent was both knowledgeable and personable. We quickly agreed on a move-in date, she passed me on to the admin team who were lovely to work with - patient, accommodating, and friendly! As it was my first time renting property on my own I naturally had a bunch of questions, but Belvoir!, especially Kelly, never made me feel like any request was too silly. If I ever get the chance to rent in another town Belvoir! has property in, I know who's going to be my top choice!

Belvoir managed my buy to let

Belvoir managed my buy to let property for 13 years until we sold recently Their service was efficient and friendly and they always provided excellent tenants with very few payment breaks They also quickly sold the property. (jab Bains) Cannot speak highly enough Thanks for everything

Working with Belvoir has been

Working with Belvoir has been nothing short of amazing! I contacted Belvoir in late 2020 regarding a viewing for a flat in Sheffield. Unlike a few other agencies, Belvoir got back to me immediately and Dayna set up a virtual viewing for me. A couple of days later she passed me on to Kelly, who helped with any questions around the contract (this was my first time renting on my own in the UK so I had a few). She has also continuously been a tremendous help along the way. She was very patient with me even when I asked a few questions that in hindsight might have been a bit silly. I've felt very well taken care off on all ends, so for me, Belvoir is the number one agency for renting in England.
