Sale has not been smooth by any terms. But the company are working with myself to try and resolve the issue. I will update my review in due course One thing I can say is they do answer your calls promptly.NegativeQuality

Constantly say they gonna ring and they don't very upsetting my husband has constantly had to chase them their communication isn't good at all, and as for wilsons solicitors they use their awful I can elaborate if necessary #don't make promises u can't keep, contracts should of been exchanged by week 4 were now going into week 7 😏 probably wouldn't of been a hold up if wilsons just asked for everything required at once instead of bit by bit costing a fortune on postage.

I deeply regret ever engaging with this company. They market themselves as a professional cash-buying service promising fast sales and completions “in as little as 7 days” ... In reality, it’s been nearly three months, and I’m no closer to a deal than I was on day one. After completing all the required steps on my side, granting access for viewings and surveys, submitting paperwork, and accepting a significantly reduced offer, communication abruptly stopped. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, all ignored. When I finally managed to get through to someone weeks later, the update was vague at best, with a promise that someone would call me “the same day” with a final decision. That was over a week ago and still nothing. The most frustrating part is how this company seems to exploit sellers in difficult situations, deliberately dragging things out to force a lower price. I feel strung along, misled, and utterly disrespected. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your time, lose money, and be left in limbo with zero transparency or professionalism.

Was torn between no star or one star, but gave them one star as they did sell the house (plus I can’t post unless I give them a star…), but in hindsight it was the low price of the house sale that ultimately sold the house. The initial interaction was quite proactive, however it all fell apart when they started marketing our property. They uploaded our house to the market with multiple duplicate, poor quality pictures and no picture of the master bedroom. I had to take my own pictures and send them to the company to make sure they were included. They seemed irritated at having to do this. When we did sell our house, we heard nothing from them. Not one bit of contact for an update on sale progression. I had to get in contact with EA to get an adjustment on my memorandum of sale, and it took several attempts to actually get someone to reply to me and sort the issue out. Phone calls and emails constantly ignored. No communication regarding our completion date or passing over keys. So we ended up just winging it on the day and thankfully had my buyers contact number so we could communicate directly. So if you want to pay a company for the privilege of selling your house and managing the whole process by yourself then go with the property buying company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi Rory, I’ve got to say, we’re a little blindsided and disappointed by this review as everything seemingly went well with using our property selling option. In the photos it was highlighted that we had missed the master bedroom, something we contacted the agent about immediately but you suggested you would send one through to speed things up – which we agreed and used. There was a duplicate picture, which was an error when uploading the property, but ultimately had no impact on the sale. The property was set live on the 2nd August, but we later in the month withdrew it per your request. We had an offer on the property at the time but it was lower than you wanted, which again is completely fine, it’s your decision. You then came back to us on the 2nd September, after the property was already withdrawn, ready to accept the lower offer, so we got everything moving again and managed to revive the deal. On the same day solicitors were instructed, our team advised on the solicitors’ details in the morning on the 3rd and the memo of sale was done and sent to you first thing on the 4th. During the solicitors process there was no issues raised, and everything proceeded as normal. There was never anything raised by yourself about lack of communication during this process. We had contact from yourself on Friday 20th December in the form of an email, which was replied to with the required information on the following Monday, the 23rd. Everything was fine, and the property completion went as normal, you emailed us on Thursday 2nd January about the keys, but this was after everyone had left the office, so the following day we contacted to advise the solicitors will not be in the office until Monday and further advised you to hand over the keys to the new owner of the property, and if you had been unable to do so, we could make any arrangements for to assist. We then followed up and you said that you had been in contact with the buyer yourself anyway as there was extra time needed to vacate the property. As the sale of the property goes, from our perspective, it was a relatively straight forward transaction during the Christmas period. Best wishes, TPBC

Absolute con artist they offer reasonable price at first obviously less than market value then waste 8-9 weeks pretending it’s all good and then tell you the evaluation is lower than expected to drop the money even more because they have wasted that much time for you to need it sold and don’t answer the phone on purpose if you use a different number they answer!!!!! Will take advantage do not use this company

We're sorry to hear that you feel that way, we always try and get our initial valuation as close as we possible can to the value - but as you're made aware throughout the process, the offer is subject to an independent valuation. It's really upsetting for not only you, but us, when this figure comes in lower than we had expected, as we also spend a lot of time and resource on getting to that point. It's never our intention not to answer, and if you called the main line you would definitely get through, but it would just depend who you are dealing with and whether at the time they where available. We know this is little consolation, but we don't take advantage of you, or pressure you. We're just as disappointed as you that it didn't work out & we're sorry.

From my experience this is an Awful company. Yash constantly hounded me by emails, tel calls to agree a price, once you sign they don't answer your emails, telephone calls or deliver what they agreed. I even emailed Patrick senior consultant who couldn't even be bothered to answer my emails. I had to give 1 star as I couldn't post.

Our property consultants, including Yash, do of course try to get in touch with you and there are automated emails that support this journey throughout. We're sorry if you felt this was a tad on aggressive side, that was never our intention and for the majority of people as you can see through our other reviews it hasn't been an issue. Once you had signed a contract with us, you passed over as a contact to our selling team and you had been dealing Jessica & Scott as your new point of contact. Even with that being said, Patrick still should have passed your emails across so we will try and look further into what happened here as it seems there has been some miscommunication. With all that in mind, we did keep constant contact with you throughout the whole process, as we can see in the call logs Jess and Scott made weekly calls to update you on your sale progress. We managed over the time to get 5 viewings, which is lower than we would have wanted, and over those the property unfortunately remained unsold with all the customers providing the same feedback which we made you fully aware of. We're sorry that it didn't quite end the way you wanted, we really did want to sell your property and tried to exhaust all avenues – but unfortunately on this occasion it just didn’t quite work out.
