I have known Denise for eleven years - she dealt with my initial application to rent a property from the then Village Estates. Since then, during all my tenancies with both Village Estates and Martin and Co. she has dealt with all my enquiries and problems regarding tenancies in a most efficient manner. Denise has an in depth knowledge of the property and rental market and a wealth of experience to draw on. In an age where sometimes customer service is not all it could be, Denise has provided first rate service to myself at all times. Always friendly, helpful and courteous, she is a credit to Martin and Co. and I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Fantastic staff who couldn't be more helpful and actually listened to feedback too! Saw us through the whole process and Kat in particular(sales progressor) was a superstar. We also felt that they were very reasonably priced; especially considering the level of service that they provided. Dario took brilliant pictures of our property and let us keep the images afterwards to remember our property. Adam was excellent too and his humour certainly helped relieve the stress around our sale. Having dealt with a number of poor performing agents highlighted how good these guys are. Would def recommend.

As a landlord I can certainly recommend Martin & Co. My point of contact is Jess who is always extremely helpful and very professional. She deals with things quickly and efficiently and can be relied upon to ensure that any works are completed to a high standard. She always has the interest and needs of both the landlord and tenants in mind in everything she does.
