Coming into 3rd week since we moved into this property. We worked with Ben Saunders who was extremely helpful with our application process. He was easy to communicate with and we always get quick response from him. Luke showed us around the property before moving in and he was just as nice and helpful. The inventory book Ben created waa thorough and clear, we felt everything was uncovered and it was helpful for us with identifying if anything was missed out. We have a few issues with this house, but Ben and his team in the office are quite prompt in taking actions, and it is being taken care of by contractors who are also great. Still waiting for a few bits to be corrected but we are have been here for 3 weeks, we feel we are looked after well and honestly could only say wonderful things about the team at Northwood especially Ben who has been such a tremendous help in our journey into renting thus far!

I have never regretted my decision to ask Bassets to act for me in letting my property. I have always found them quick to respond to queries from either my tenant or me, and their contacts among local tradesmen mean that any work that has to be done is done quickly and done well.
I have been renting with them for a couple of months now, and when I first move in all bins were completely full, recyclable, glass and general. Also I immediately noticed that I had a leak in the kitchen, which was quickly fixed, but other problems are still not fixed after over 2 months. First, someone from the water company came to check the meter, but neither him or me were able to find it. When I asked the manager, I got the reply that it was under the sink, but it is not there. There is a small glued area, where it is probably located, but it is impossible to open without breaking it, and obviously I cannot break things. Last week the manager came to check, about a month and half after I first raise the problem. She told me that she should check with the landlord, but I haven't heard back yet. Lastly, one of the hobs doesn't work, see picture I took the day I started living here, and even if the contractor came about a month ago to fix another issue, and took measurements of the hobs, I still have the non working hob.
