I lived at one of the properties managed by Snugpads for a year. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire renting process from viewing the property to signing the tenancy was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Communication was always prompt and clear. Any issues that arose during my tenancy were addressed quickly and effectively - whether it was a minor repair or anything else. Our property manager Hamza was very efficient and incredibly helpful at all times. The landlord was always responsive, respectful, helpful and genuinely cared about his tenants. Lived in a property ran by this company for two years - they were so helpful and attentive the whole way through. The maintenance portal is so easy to use and they attend the property really quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a more attentive company. Would definitely recommend!

I lived in snug pads accommodation from JUL 2024 - JUN 2025 and had such a great experience. They were fast to fix any problems that we had and were helpful to answer any questions. The inspections that took place all went smoothly as well. Hamza was always incredible looking after us and it so kind. Couldn’t recommend enough!
