As a parent of a student renting from snugpads I can honestly say I have complete peace of mind. Repairs are carried out promptly and the property is kept to a high standard. Just carried out a leaving inspection today with Hamza. They do carry out a thorough inspection and the charges can be high but look after the property as my daughter and her house mates have and a 100% deposit refund will be recieved. My daughter has decided to rent again with Hamza at snugpads this year. Highly recommended student landlord.
