I has been with this company for two years & their service really went down drastically. We had damp on a wall in the front room that covered it & were told that they cant replace it. We had a problem with the cooker where the oven wouldn't always light & either would a few hobs, we were told it wasn't "cost effective" to replace. After being with them for one year we decided as they were very helpful we would stay for a second. In the first summer of staying they offered half price rent for July & August. When signing the contract for the second year we asked was this still the case & the reply was yes. When it came to payment for the second summer the rent was full price and we were told "Sorry for misleading you" In parts they can be good, in others they can be shocking.
