Snug-pads have been brilliant. Our amazing property manager Hamzah’s has is always on time and helps whenever we have issues in very efficient time!. They’ve been within the hour when we locked ourselves out twice and whenever we have maintenance issues!. Thank you Snug-pads for a great experience.

Snug pads are a great company for student to use! If you have a problem they will be there to sort it. The maintenance man Chris is very quick at coming to the house when you report a problem. Hamza is also a good property manager and good at explaining everything in the house.

I’ve been with snug pads for the past year and I’ve have no trouble from them, if there were any issues they were prompt once notified and the issue was sorted within a day or two. Couldn’t recommend more !!

Snug pads are a really good company if you’re looking for good student accommodation. They’re always really quick with maintenance issues and are ready to help when needed. The location of the property was really convenient for my degree at university and close to the local amenities. They always keep us up to date with things that need doing and are very quick when it comes to queries about said property or any other things related.

The letting agents here are lovely - genuinely couldn’t fault them. Faults in the house are repaired next day, if not the day of reporting. The house we were in was so roomy, and had next to no faults when we moved in. They gave us an extra day to move out of the house and into our next property with them, saving us so much money. Rent is appropriately charged and we’re using them again next year!
