Had a great 12 months at the property, was clean on move in day and everything was maintained properly. They respected the COVID-19 rules and guidelines and we're understanding about situations. I would recommend this agency for a easy comfortable tenancy.

Repairs were always completed within 48hrs even on bank holidays by their maintenance team. Easy process from start to finish and got my deposit back at the end of the year. Making contact via calling or email was easy if I had any queries they were answered within the day of contacting.Would highly recommend to any students around the Manchester/Salford area

All maintenance issues were fixed quickly by proper workmen. Move in and move out process was smooth and quick I got my full deposit back which is very rare for student accommodation and after hearing horror stories from some of my classmates about their accomadation with other companies snugpads seems like one if the best student acommadation companies in manchester

I've rented a room in a houseshare from SnugPads over the past two years and have never had cause to complain. The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Having dealt with several so-called "professional" agencies since - *ahem* Hunters *ahem* - Snugpads are by far and away the best we have dealt with. They are exceedingly professional in their service whilst also maintaining a personal touch. They even kept £35 of my two friends and mine's deposit (£35 between us that is) for not cleaning the grill pan before we left (the one thing we forgot to do!) and I'm actually glad they did because it shows that they care about maintaining an excellent service.
