Excellent service from Lawrence Rand who sold my property in 3 days. Definitely third time lucky with these agents, who fully deserve the accolades they have earnt. At a time when Estate Agents can have a bad name, they were always upfront and honest and communicated at every step along the way. From Hayden to Alec to Glenda and Laura, all huge assets to the team and even Peter stepped in on occasions. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The service I received from Lawrence Rand in Ruislip Manor in selling our family house was first class in every respect. My other recent experience of selling with another local agent showed up a total lack of communication. In contrast, Lawrence Rand have a star in Glenda Hall. I haven't ever written any comments on the internet before, but there was always going to be one who deserved to be the first. Perhaps now the first of many. Having lived in the same house for over fifty seven years, considering moving was always going to be a stressful time for us. The sales team couldn't have been more understanding, explaining everything in clear simple terms and Glenda truly excelled in keeping everything running smoothly and making sure we knew what was going on at all times; very reassuring.
