Of course I have tried to work with other Estate Agents in the past, but I must say with Lawrence Rand, I managed to find the right Home at an excellent Price. From my Experience, what differentiates Lawrence Rand from others is that they have a High Standard and Professionalism. I understand their Aim is to Sell Properties not at the Highest Price, but at a Price where their Clients and they themselves are Satisfied. What I was really pleased with, was the brilliant Service they provide, when getting through the difficult situations, to finalise the transactions smoothly. I would highly recommend Lawrence Rand, they have an Answer for all your Doubts and Question, it makes the process less Stressful. I would like to use this , to write a Special Thanks to Glenda Hall, she updates us to all the Questions so quickly, and the serviced provided by her was very much appreciated.
