We have recently purchased our property through Lawrence Rand. From the moment that we registered our interest Peter Lawrence and his team were absolutely fantastic in keeping us updated throughout the whole purchase process. During the last two weeks before completion our mortgage company decided to put a spanner in the works which resulted in the completion of the purchase to be postponed by one week. During this time Lawrence Rand were exceptional in the support and advice that they offered us. My wife and I were left with a month to complete on a property due to to the previous selling agents before our mortgage offer ran out, Peter and his team were round the same day to take photos and details of our property. The property was then marketed and over 12 viewings arranged within 2 days. From start to finish the process has been smooth and fast, which is something most of their competitors seem to be lacking in... I have been kept up to date on our buyers status and if I had any questions, the dedicated move manager was on hand via email or phone. I can not recommend highly enough this company and their can do attitude, which resulted in the quick sale of my property..
