Lawrence Rand Estate Agents are fantastic. My boyfriend and I bought our first house through them and they made every part of the journey enjoyable. We felt informed about what was going on from start to finish. Anthony who set-up our appointments and supported our negotiations with the seller, Dawn that showed us the property with huge enthusiasm, and Emma our knowledgable Move Manager - they are all stars. Especially Emma, who was very patient with us as first time buyers, answered all our calls, getting information for us and even the odd face to face meeting where required. The advice she provided was excellent and delivered in a friendly yet professional manner - she really made the experience great. We have recently purchased our property through Lawrence Rand. From the moment that we registered our interest Peter Lawrence and his team were absolutely fantastic in keeping us updated throughout the whole purchase process. During the last two weeks before completion our mortgage company decided to put a spanner in the works which resulted in the completion of the purchase to be postponed by one week. My wife and I were left with a month to complete on a property due to to the previous selling agents before our mortgage offer ran out, Peter and his team were round the same day to take photos and details of our property. The property was then marketed and over 12 viewings arranged within 2 days. From start to finish the process has been smooth and fast, which is something most of their competitors seem to be lacking in... I have been kept up to date on our buyers status and if I had any questions, the dedicated move manager was on hand via email or phone.
