Paul and Tom at Lawrence Rand were very helpful when I was buying my flat. There was always someone available to speak to when I phoned the office and I was given plenty of phone calls with updates throughout the process (even when we were at a bit of a standstill). Always polite and cheerful on the phone and clearly trained well in customer service.
