Our associate move manager, Leanne Worrall, has been great, extremely prompt with her replies for our queries and professional. The service that we've received from LR has been to a high standard. The only reason we have given 4 stars is because once the completion was finalised and we went to our new home for the first time the floor wasn't clean. Not sure if it was from the individuals who were viewing the property after us or someone else but it just would've been nice for LR to make sure that the floor was clean.

Lawrence Rand were incredibly helpful when we had to sell my sister's flat after she died. They had plenty of buyers lined up for open day; they held the keys and showed them round and we had offers straight away. Unfortunately it took six months to exchange contracts but that was certainly not the fault of Lawrence Rand, who kept in touch throughout and did their best to get things moving. Sometimes they had staff changes but there was always someone else ready to take over. Unfortunately one of the staff who left gave the buyers some incorrect information about the flat, but the person who did that is no longer with the company. Thanks to Robin, Andrew, Emma and all the team - continuing the proud tradition of Brendons who were in the area so many years ago. It's good to use a local firm who know their properties and local buyers' needs.

I have recently bought a house through Lawrence Rand. Despite what seemed a rather long and arduous process at times buying the house, I have nothing but praise for one particular member of their staff, Emma, who was always on hand to chase things up on my behalf and push things through to meet the completion date. Thanks to Emma and the team I'm now happily settled in my new home before Xmas. Would recommend!
