I contacted Mandeep at Lawrence Rand out of desperation due to poor service from a different agency in the area. From the very first email I sent she has been incredibly helpful and has gone very far out of her way to assist me. With my previous tenant ending up making life just about as difficult as possible for me, Mandeep managed to resolve all the issues with a calm and grace that is very impressive. Amongst other thing she arranged for a cleaner at very short notice, had extra keys cut personally, arranged for the decorators to repaint the property in no time at all and managed to find me lovely tenants to boot. It has been a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service. She has been very pro-active and has saved me so much grief. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would do so. Since the tenants have moved in I have also been dealing with Matthew Huband. Matthew has been equally delightful to deal with, his response times to queries are super quick, he is clearly very clued up and excellent at his job. As a bonus he is charming and very pleasant to deal with. I can tell that I am in very good hands, that my property is in very good hands and just as importantly that my tenants are in good hands. Our dealings with Lawrence Rand were very professional and our thanks and appreciation to Harry Tibbey for his assistance and for keeping us up to date at all times during the process. We highly recommend Lawrence Rand Ruislip. Our only issue was dealing with Good Lord - the number of nuisance calls and junk mail increased since dealing with them. They also set up utility services for us without our permission leaving us now with double accounts to try to sort out. It's a shame they marred an otherwise excellent service.
