I was given a task to look for house to rent for my friend and business partner. Not an easy task and best of time, estate agent can be so difficult to deal with. When I made that very call, Graham picked the phone. He was very patient with the call, normally at this point, “no on your behalf” I was told to ask the renter to call up. The opposite happened, told him which house my friend and her family wanted to view. He secured the viewing the same day. From viewing, making an offer to rent, it was very complicated, thankfully Graham was there to help, on his absence, his colleague, Mandeep would help.
