I don't hand out five stars unless I feel I've had superb service. My lad and I have been looking for a place to rent over the past few weeks. Lawrence Rand recently sold my flat for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. Alec and Jess (and Graham, before he left) were so helpful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with (such nice people too!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. The sale itself went very smoothly; the problem I had was getting rotten tenants out when they decided not to leave at the end of the tenancy. The letting agent was no help at all (don't use Elliott & Co!) but Alec and Jess kept in touch with the buyer about these issues and developed a good rapport with us both. Alec & Jess - THANK YOU!!
