Lawrence Rand recently sold my flat for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. Alec and Jess (and Graham, before he left) were so helpful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with (such nice people too!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. The sale itself went very smoothly; the problem I had was getting rotten tenants out when they decided not to leave at the end of the tenancy.
