They are truly professional, helpful, and always go out of their way to look after their clients. Whether it’s property management, finding tenants, or in this case handling the sale and finding a buyer, they really know what they’re doing. I’ve worked with Debbie, Deborah and the team for over a decade, and they’ve been amazing throughout. This is simply an honest review about good people who run a very tight ship. One example says it all. The property was empty while we were waiting for the paperwork to go through. The weather was awful — around minus three degrees — and I live overseas. Debbie and Deborah kindly arranged for a colleague to visit the house during the bad weather, just to make sure the pipes were okay and to turn the heating on low auto. As a landlord I have used several letting agents in the past. I have always had issues with them. I live overseas and I needed a company to truly be me. To truly look after my hard earned investment as if they meant something. All I can say without prejudice is that Manson’s are clearly market leaders. They are without doubt the best out there. Debbie, Angela, Cindy, Graeme, Gav and Nick are just superb. A boutique firm with a very professional approach. I would recommend Manson’s blindly. Mansons have provided an excellent service while I was transitioning into my new home. Isabella was very reassuring and maintained great communication throughout the process. Whilst we did not end up buying property through EweMove, Rebecca was exceptional, she gave us plenty of time and advice, kept in touch with us with regards to a property that we were interested in. We found another property with another agent, but she still helped putting us in touch with a surveyor, as we were moving 150 miles to Norfolk and did not have any contacts in the area.
