I can see based on their Trust pilot score of 1.5 and poor google reviews why people do not trust or use Feefo. I signed up as a business and false promises made by their sales team and subsequently poor customer service means I will be going back to more reputable based platforms for my companies review requirements. Disgusting company. Takes the sides of landlords when tenancy has ended. They hold on to deposits for weeks with no good reason. They lie about if they are in the office to avoid phone calls. DO NOT use this company if you want your deposit back. Hiding behind nonsense “legalities” in order to deflect the blame from the fact they don’t want to give you your money back. HORRENDOUS.
