We honestly cannot thank Charlotte Smart at Thomas Morris enough. From start to finish she has been absolutely outstanding — calm, proactive, reassuring and incredibly on the ball throughout what has been a long and at times stressful chain. Charlotte communicated clearly at every stage, chased relentlessly when needed, and always took the time to explain things properly so we never felt in the dark. She went far above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent and genuinely made the whole process feel manageable. I know she will laugh at me for this comment but if Thomas Morris were to rename themselves Charlotte Smart, it would be entirely justified — she is a huge credit to the company and the reason our sale stayed on track. I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!

I have let my property through Thomas morris for the last couple of years and they have been great. Sheetal has been brilliant in regards to the end of tenancy operations. Constantly keeping me in the loop with what has been going on to ensure both parties are happy. Especially at a hectic time around Christmas and new years it has all gone relatively smoothly. I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience. All repairs and maintenance are tended to quickly and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to an email. Special thank yous to Chris Hollins, Karen Sirett, and Marie Ivey, who are much more patient and kind with me than I ever could’ve been. Great team over there at M&M, including the younger agents who always welcome you with warmth when you come in through the door
