I recently bought a property marketed by Thomas Morris Royston and I found the experience very positive. I found all the branch staff very responsive and I single out Fiona for a special mention. Whether it was sending suitable properties my way or giving honest feedback on my offers, Fiona was always prompt and helpful. I even recall an occasion when one of the properties (on which I my offer had been rejected) came back on the market and Fiona came back to me to check if I would be interested in it again.
