I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!
Reply from Thomas Morris - Royston: Allen thank you for your detailed review of your recent experience and for such a ringing endorsment. Charlotte will be delighted. We look forwrad to being of further assistance in your search for your perfect home.
