We honestly cannot thank Charlotte Smart at Thomas Morris enough. From start to finish she has been absolutely outstanding — calm, proactive, reassuring and incredibly on the ball throughout what has been a long and at times stressful chain. Charlotte communicated clearly at every stage, chased relentlessly when needed, and always took the time to explain things properly so we never felt in the dark. She went far above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent and genuinely made the whole process feel manageable. I know she will laugh at me for this comment but if Thomas Morris were to rename themselves Charlotte Smart, it would be entirely justified — she is a huge credit to the company and the reason our sale stayed on track.
