I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience. All repairs and maintenance are tended to quickly and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to an email. Special thank yous to Chris Hollins, Karen Sirett, and Marie Ivey, who are much more patient and kind with me than I ever could’ve been. M&M are fantastic. Very communicative & helpful. I had a house viewing with Adam who was amazing & very personable. He took time with me with the viewing, making sure I had all the information and I had throughly looked around the property without feeling rushed. I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!

Can't recommended EweMove enough, our local agent Julia Michel was absolutely fantastic! From very beginning she was really focused on all of our suggestions regarding our sale and took them very seriously. Very professional at all times. She was always available when we needed help and kept us updated regularly.  Through that very stressful time she was very supportive and kept me afloat when we had some ups and downs with the process.
