Had a brilliant service with my previous sale. But stupidly we went with a different EA this time. After the sale fell through we had MP back round again. They valued it lower than currently listed even though it had previously sold for asking price with multiple offers. But we agreed to instruct them again after the 2 week notice ran out anyway. In those remaining 2 weeks with my original EA, we sold it again for full asking price. I emailed the valuer to inform him and said I would contact them again if anything fell through. I received no email back, nothing. Perhaps just an acknowledgement would have been nice! Unfortunately the house has fallen through again due to no fault of ours, the house or price. But, I won't instruct them this time. I massively value customer service and an email back would have literally taken 5 minutes. Small things like this are important to us.
As part of our moving process our solicitor wanted to verify funds for anti money laundering purposes. The app requires you to grant access to read only access of your internet banking (without limitations). Essentially they can look at whatever they want. Who are these people snooping through your internet banking, or what if they get hacked or have someone providing information to people they shouldn’t and your personal banking information ends up all over the dark web. We pushed back and our solicitor gave us the option of the “manual” process of supplying limited bank statements. Be very careful when using this app as you are granting them read only access to all your internet banking statements, DDs, Standing orders when frankly they only need a small amount of info. This kind of App is far too intrusive.
Worst experience ever. Rude. Unprofessional. Miss led me with the property description. Advert said recent rewire...turn out it was 11 years ago. Helen was rude. Ignorant and the most unhelpful person ever. They made the whole process of buying un necessarily stressful. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never experienced anything like it. Collected my keys today and didnt get a smile or congratulations. Nothing. Absolutely appalling. The only person who was any help was Kirby. I would avoid this company at all costs
The app misled me by asking for s review of srar rating mid way through. O did so. But the rest of thr exercise was futile and failed. These app companies are on an agenda of misleading
I've been told a purchase can take anywhere between 3-5 months and therefore I have agreed to initiate the process, paid a reservation fee + solicitors fees. 8 months later, I was not able to get a completion date, they did nothing to help me with this purchase. I had to obviously pull out and find another place, losing a lot of money because of Kings Group. Thank you for wasting my time & money!
Inconsistent inventory reports. The quality and amount of photos taken on a check in report is drastically different to the check out inspection. It's very clear that the business attempts to pin damage on tenants at the end of a tenancy in order to justify engagement by the landlord
Where do I begin? Probably with the word AVOID. I originally listed my property with Aspire back in February 2026 when Josh was working there. He was a fantastic estate agent, excellent communication and lovely demeanor. He managed to get us a buyer. That's when it all went down hill after it was handed to the sales progression team. The buyer was essentially left with radio silence from Aspire for over a month and every time I tried to contact Harry (who subsequently has also left the business) he was busy and someone said he would call me back. He never did. Literally not once. He didn't email me back either until I contacted his manager to complain. We lost our buyer and then I was forced to stay with Aspire for a further 3 weeks. In that 3 weeks, I was not contacted by them once without me sending an email first, and one email reply came 6 days later after I cc'd my solicitors in. They got no viewings for my property, made no effort to post of socials or update me on enquiries and frankly, dropped the ball massively. Kash begged me to come back to Aspire back in Feb when I chose another estate agents, promising to "work hard for us" and then this? Pitiful. I regret using them entirely. Total waste of my time. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. We tried for days to use the app, and never received a passcode from them. I phoned Thirdfort and the woman there said it was because our phones are on Sky mobile, which is rubbish because our daughter didn’t have this problem and she is on Sky mobile. The woman suggested we ‘used a friend or neighbour’s phone’ to complete our ID check. Very secure! She said she would contact our solicitor to sort it out, but never did. Useless!
We have our property up for sale via a different agent. Aspire are constantly sending spam letters, sometimes twice a week. I have requested they stop this and even messaged the manager directly. I am not considering using this company purely for their lack of respect and harassment.
