Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. We tried for days to use the app, and never received a passcode from them. I phoned Thirdfort and the woman there said it was because our phones are on Sky mobile, which is rubbish because our daughter didn’t have this problem and she is on Sky mobile. The woman suggested we ‘used a friend or neighbour’s phone’ to complete our ID check. Very secure! She said she would contact our solicitor to sort it out, but never did. Useless!
