Good service,Excellent communication and updates
Slow at times, fed same bullshit week after week, didnt do much unless prompted, my solicitor did more pushing than they did and ewe move charged me almost 4 x more than what I was paying her, was quite a painful process, once they received my fee from my solicitor I didn’t even receive a thank you or a pleasure doing business from them afterwards, not even a follow up call, they vanished and I never heard from them again, even a WhatsApp message would’ve been nice. Your just a number
Website it fine to go around but the floor plans for some of the properies are massively then the actual property not just buy a little some are off by a few feet them the plan shows
Nice staff.
my first visit to urban jungle . nice plants. lovely staff. but the cafe is a no for me. ice latte was awful. cake was dry the second slice was ok but still a bit dry. sausage roll had more pastry than meat. £25 later . not impressed.
The place itself was gorgeous, there was a wide selection of plants available, and the cafe was really nice too. Unfortunately the experience was marred by the fact it just isn’t wheelchair accessible at all, despite what Google says. As a keen gardener, my mum was really excited to go here, but the car park is gravel with lots of uneven bits and potholes meaning she could barely drive her electric wheelchair through and got stuck multiple times. When she finally got inside, the only way to get through the building is to go over a wooden bridge which has steps and one narrow ramp. However, the ramp has a large lip at the bottom of it, meaning her wheelchair couldn’t get over and we had to physically lift her. The exit to the outside area also has a ramp, but there are stairs at the bottom meaning she couldn’t get outside at all. The paths outside are extremely narrow with deep gravel on either side so even if she had been able to get out there, she would’ve struggled to get around safely. It’s really frustrating when a place claims to be accessible but clearly hasn’t been designed with wheelchair users in mind. My mum left feeling disappointed and upset because she’d been looking forward to visiting and exploring the gardens. I’m leaving this review not to criticise the staff, who were lovely, but so that other wheelchair users and their families know what to expect before making the trip.
We used Fine & Country in Brigg to advertise our property recently, Graham the agent who came out was very friendly, and knowledgeable and we felt at the time that because they were the dearest %age of commission …we thought they would be the best?! - but we learned that’s not always the case!! We were promised - a pre market video … didn’t happen?! Promised excellent communication - they were poor! Promised guided viewings - they did just one! On balance the brochure was good and we did sell the house which I know is the main objective! But the aftersales communication was again very poor! The buyers actually contacted us on several occasions to say that F&C weren’t returning calls - i complained twice and again to be fair it got better for a while … but once again towards the end it was non existent! And when we did get the odd call I’d already had the news from Savills They even removed the sold board again without communication before we completed which again just made things slightly difficult for the removals Was it worth the £10k inc vat …. No! Honestly I would say if you have a premium product/ country house …sell with Savills - they gave me almost weekly updates throughout and even a hamper when we completed our purchase - Melissa was amazing! I personally wouldn’t use F&C again - I have tried to be balanced in my review - at times we were very frustrated I’m afraid
Sending someone to view property without any knowledge of property is a big no no So it made a big impact on using them to buy a property (didn't)
