Overall good (not outstanding though) service, for unjustifiably high fees, even much higher than in London or other agencies in Reading.

The service when needed is ok However please watch out if renting your property out they massively overcharge or should I say tried to over charge for things like ECP (energy performance certificates ) this is probably the same for gas / electricity certificates

They have the monopoly of many good properties. Service has been good so far, although they have a bit of a reputation if you check online.
