House Network - Efficient and easy way to sell your property
I had a view of estate agents that they did little to justify their high percentage commission on the sale of a property however using House Network was a revelation. From the day I instructed them they were professional , efficient and reported back on every part of the sale of my property. It was all internet based and they are located in Essex whilst I was selling in Lancashire although you would have thought they were just down the road from me. I even asked them to phone at certain times of the day which they obliged ,reporting back within days of a viewers comments. Once sold they even followed up on the sale process all for a fraction of the cost of a high street agent. I would use House Network again without considering local agents due to its convenience and efficiency. Coincidently I viewed a property to buy some weeks back now via a local agent who have not even phoned me to ask my interest! - this is the difference I believe between House Network and high street agents.

Second time using House Network and Excellent service again
We thought House Network were absolutely brilliant and could not be more pleased along with the excellent value for money. The whole team were really good, friendly and professional and well informed with what was going on with our sale and kept us updated and in the loop with what was going on.

House Network have been supremely fab throughout!
House Network have been supremely fab throughout! The speed at which they sent out the photographer was amazing, the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism of Lee was astounding and our property was on the market in no time- with our choice of words and pictures. Richard Robinson is such a credit to the company, diplomatic, available and reassuring when needed, the back up team were approachable and helpful too. There is nothing I can complain about, our fears about lack of local contact have been completely allayed. The company have a great system that so worked for us. We have dealt with Estate Agents in the past, but they have never been that good, also costing a lot more. We chose the Premium package because we thought a results based price would give us a better service,I cant judge what the cheaper package would have given us, but £1200 has been a bargain for us. Thank you so much team, you should be proud of what you do.

Excellent service
We sold our house with House Network; we found the service to be excellent, always someone at the end of the phone to answer queries and they were always on the ball. Absolutely hassle-free service at a great cost; would highly recommend them.

Excellent service
If only solicitors and mortgage companies were as easy to deal with. By far the most efficient and effective estate agent. Sold my house in 3 months with House Network after being on the market for 3 years with 2 separate high Street agents! Couldn't speak more highly of them.

Excellent service from start to finish
We were really sceptical about using The House Network as no-one we knew had used them or knew anything about them. We decided to opt for the simplest package on offer, without the conveyancing, as we had our own solicitor lined up. The package suited us perfectly as we were quite happy to do our own viewings. Also, the costs are far less than using a high street estate agent. From start to finish, ie from taking the photos to completion, everyone involved in the team was extremely professional, calling us whenever necessary to arrange viewings and returning our calls when they promised to. We were also offered advice when we asked for it and received email reminders the day before each viewing. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received and would have no hesitation at all in recommending The House Network to others.

Excellent and Friendly Service
I recently used House Network for the sale of my London flat. From the first contact with Peter who gave the valuation and took the most amazing photos - to the very end of the process - I was really impressed with the professionalism and support I received from them. They vetted each viewer and gave me a run down of their current status and followed up with them post viewing. Although I always had a dedicated member of the team looking after me (Sian and Amy), I found that whoever answered the phone was able to deal with whatever query I had. I have already recommended them to a number of people and will definitely use them again when it comes time to sell my mother's house. Great job !
