House Network - Efficient and easy way to sell your property

I had a view of estate agents that they did little to justify their high percentage commission on the sale of a property however using House Network was a revelation. From the day I instructed them they were professional , efficient and reported back on every part of the sale of my property. It was all internet based and they are located in Essex whilst I was selling in Lancashire although you would have thought they were just down the road from me. I even asked them to phone at certain times of the day which they obliged ,reporting back within days of a viewers comments. Once sold they even followed up on the sale process all for a fraction of the cost of a high street agent. I would use House Network again without considering local agents due to its convenience and efficiency. Coincidently I viewed a property to buy some weeks back now via a local agent who have not even phoned me to ask my interest! - this is the difference I believe between House Network and high street agents.
